- Preheat the oven to 180˚C / 160˚C fan / Gas 4.
- Line a 32cm x 22cm baking tin with baking paper.
- Melt the butter over a low heat, add the chocolate, and stir well. Remove from the heat once the chocolate has melted and leave to cool.
- Place the rest of the dry ingredients in a bowl and gradually mix in the eggs.
- Once the chocolate has cooled, pour onto the flour mixture and mix well, then pour into the prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool before cutting into 12 slices.
