Potato skin chips

Crispy potato skins

Ingredients

  • Peelings from 4 potatoes
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • Sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C / 180˚C fan / Gas 6 and line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. Toss the potato peelings with the oil and sprinkle with the sea salt. Pour onto the baking sheet and spread out into one layer.
  3. Bake for around 15 minutes until crisp.
